Not Received Your SSB Interview Call Letter – What to Do?

“My SSB Interview is on xx/xx/xxxx date but I haven’t received my call letter till yet”

Generally you will receive a call letter to attend the SSB Interview; however, in some special circumstances, you might not receive it. These circumstances could be like an error in Indian Postal Department or Army, Navy or Air Force didn’t send the call letter and many others.

In the above cases, you don’t have to worry even a bit as there is a solution to this problem. We are providing you different Services wise description in order to get call letter for SSB Interview.

Army

Indian Army publishes an online list for each entry and if you checked that your name appears in the online PDF file but you haven’t received the call letter then you can take the print out of the single page from the PDF which contains your name. You can attend the SSB Interview on the basis of that.

Navy

Indian Navy generally doesn’t send call letter especially if you have been assigned Bhopal board, however, they have a facility to take print out of your call letter from their website. To do that go to nausena-bharti.nic.in and enter the entry type for which you applied and then enter the first letter of yours and father’s name, enter your date of birth and security code and finally click Submit. If you have been called for SSB Interview then you will be taken to the page from where you can download your call letter however if you are not selected for the Interview then a message will be displayed saying Sorry. For entries like NDA they also publish an online PDF list if you haven’t received the call letter then you can take print out of the single page containing your name.

Air Force

IAF is now becoming technologically more advanced which you can experience on their website for entries like AFCAT you can yourself decide the Date and Place of the SSB Interview also you can take print out of your call letter by logging into your account on their website which is mandatory to register while applying. For entries like NDA, CDSE and many other they also publish an online PDF list with which you can do the same as stated above.
