Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
A graduation in any discipline from a recognised university is required. Candidates in the final year/semester of graduation may also apply provisionally, provided they can produce proof of passing the exam before the final selection.
Age Limit:
Minimum age: 21 years
Maximum age: 30 years (as on 1 April 2025)
Age relaxations apply as per government norms for reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen.

Selection Process
The recruitment process is divided into three phases:

Preliminary Examination:
An objective-type test to screen candidates for the main exam. -
Main Examination:
Comprises both objective and descriptive sections. Candidates who qualify for the main exam will be shortlisted for the next round. -
Psychometric Test, Group Exercises & Interview:
The final stage of assessment includes leadership qualities, communication skills, and personality evaluation.
Candidates must qualify for each stage to progress to the next. The final selection will be based on merit prepared from scores obtained in the Mains and Interview round.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be placed in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I). The starting basic pay is ₹48,480 with four advance increments. In addition to the basic pay, candidates are entitled to DA, HRA/Lease rental, CCA, medical benefits, and other allowances as per rules in force.
