Matriculation (10th pass)

AND 3‑year diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute

AND valid LMV driving license (geared motor vehicles; learner’s license not accepted)

General (Female), BC/EBC (Male/Female): 18–40 years
