Travelling Allowance will be credited into the bank account through NEFT

As most of you are aware that a candidate appearing for SSB Interview for the first time for a particular type of commission i.e. Permanent or Short Service Commission shall be entitled Travelling Allowance i.e. AC-III tier to and from railway fare or bus fare including reservation cum sleeper charges within the Indian limits. This means that at max a candidate can get TA only Twice as per current rules in place. Know TA rules for SSB Interview.

Earlier, the TA amount was directly handed to the candidates in form of Cash on the first day of SSB Interview. However, this practice is now changed and TA will be credited into the bank account of the candidate. In order to get the TA in the bank account, a candidate is required to provide certain bank details. The following details of the bank account are required to be furnished by the candidates for making payment of TA through NEFT:-

  1. Account No.
  2. IFSC Code
  3. Bank Name
  4. Branch Name with full address

It is better to give details of account created in the name of the candidate.

From where I can get all these details?

If you have a bank passbook then you can find the details in that. You can also search the Internet for IFSC Code/Bank/Branch Name and address.
